Is bigger really better?

Why did I decide to create yet another beer blog?

Well in addition to enjoying the act of drinking beer I have a keen interest in all aspects of brewing from history, to science, to culture, to marketing and more. I began my beer-ducation by simply trying all the different styles I could find and keeping notes on what I liked and what I didn’t. The more I challenged my preconceptions the more my palate developed.

At that point I delved a little deeper into the beer world learning about proper serving, how to read labels, home brewing as well as the economy behind commercial and craft breweries.

So I have decided to put it all out there, to share what I know, to reveal what I don’t, and to learn from others in the process.

I got here because I was writing about the Gahan Sample pack I drank while I was in PEI. I saw your image (and kicked myself because I emptied all the bottles and didn’t take a picture of them together unopened.
    Good luck with the blog.
